Growing up surrounded by the corn fields of Northwest Ohio has given Emily Clair Potter an avid love of vegetables and other plant specimens. She explores the intimate connection between the earth and the cellular beings inhabiting it. Potter started working with glass in 2018 and has been recognized with several accolades, including a research grant through Bowling Green State University, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts. She now resides on the sunny shores of South Florida creating and finding new inspiration for her glasswork.
